Initially ordered Karneol strings for my 16 1/2 " viola but but Warchal apparently don't make them for this size. Contacted Leo for exchange to Amber which I had already had on my viola, no problem with exchange. Leo even dropped them off at my home next evening.Talk about customer service! WOW!. I have always used the Warchal strings on my violin and viola. They seem to be custom made for my instruments.Love the rich mellow tones and colours. I use the Karenol on my violin and Amber on my violin.I plan on shopping all my musical needs with Leo.
