Although the Prelude PC-30 is a student cello, it produces the rich bass tones and crisp notes of a more expensive instrument. It plays effortlessly and includes a high quality bow. It is extremely easy to tune and also holds its tuning well. It is worth the extra cost compared to other beginner cellos that are available and I must say it looks beautiful.
Liuba and Leonard are so knowledgeable about string instruments and a complete pleasure to deal with. They showed me how to tune, adjust, and care for my new cello. They also quickly answered any other questions that I sent. Although the purchase was online, the purchase experience was completely personal and top-notch.
