Saxophone Lessons

Ross Tikhov is a professional musician with over 14 years of performance experience and a Master’s degree in Music. He has performed with orchestras and bands across Europe, China, and Canada, developing a deep understanding of both classical and modern musical styles. Currently, Ross serves as the Principal Bassoonist of the Kindred Spirits Orchestra.

Passionate about music education, Ross has been teaching for more than seven years, helping students of all ages reach their musical goals. His students have successfully completed RCM exams, earned positions in youth orchestras, prepared for concerts, and gained admission to university music programs.

Ross offers personalized saxophone instruction, tailoring each lesson to the student’s individual needs, goals, and experience. His teaching emphasizes both technical development and musical expression, ensuring every session is productive and engaging. He also assists students in choosing appropriate equipment and performing minor instrument adjustments.
