The company was very professional. They called twice to personally confirm they got the right address. After the second call (around 5pm) the end of the day for the store he said he was shipping it out. hen I woke up the following morning it was at my doorstep! The one I spoke to was very courteous. Item was well packaged and protected. It fit the guitar perfectly (which I knew it would as they provided the measurements on their site very useful). It hasn't yet acted up though I am certainly not one to play every day so it has only been used lightly. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with my shopping experience.
