We have ordered the new Gewa case online and we received the order in great condition within 1 week in December. After the order was placed, the status of the order was not updated to shipping status after 2 days. So we called and have a chat with Leonard. He explained the situation to us and assured us that we should be able to receive the case soon. In the end, we received the case, and great thanks to Leonard. Highly recommended and will definitely order with strings, bows and more again.
And this is an awesome case, light and adjustable. We are ordering this particular case because it can be adjusted to carry either a 15in viola or 3/4 violin - a very handy case if you need any adjustments or for future use if plan to upgrade to bigger instruments.
